Before beginning construction on your subdivision, let the experts at Jim Hughes & Associates P.A. in Burnsville, North Carolina, provide subdivision layout and design services.

To begin the design and layout of a subdivision, we perform a boundary survey. With this land survey, we find all existing roads on the partials and subdivide them according to the lay of the land.

When no roads exist, we lay them out and then divide the property into lots. We also map the lots and add new monuments.
